What to prepare before your first inquiry.
To make our first conversation as productive as possible, please have the following ready. This allows us to respond with a relevant, current offer rather than a generic reply.
01. Your Requirement
Product type (Raw Sugar VHP, ICUMSA 45, or Molasses), quantity in MT, destination port, and preferred delivery window.
02. Your Company Profile
Registered company name, country of incorporation, and the intended end-use of the product.
03. Payment Preference
Your preferred or available payment method — T/T, DLC, or SBLC. This helps us structure the right offer from the start.
04. Timeline
When do you need the goods? Realistic timelines help us confirm current availability and match you with the right shipment schedule.
Market Research
First and foremost, consult the global market as it dictates prices. Utilize the following sources:
1. Trading Economics: Trading Economics is a website that provides economic data, including commodity prices
2. ICE Futures: Commodity exchanges like the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) provide information on futures contract
3. List Top 50 Bank: A list of banks accepted by the seller as issuers of bank guarantees for SBLC/DLC.

We work with several payment structures depending on the product, volume, and buyer profile. The applicable structure is agreed in the SPA and confirmed before the transaction proceed
30% against pro forma invoice upon contract signing. 70% balance upon presentation of shipping documents. Available for established relationships and smaller volumes.
Transferable DLC issued by a top-rated international bank. Full face value. Payment released against shipping documents and SGS inspection certificate.
Standby Letter of Credit issued by a top rated bank in UK or Dubai. Transferable. MT103 payment instruction issued upon loading confirmation and document verification.

Pre-Advice mT799
An MT799 Pre-Advice is a mandatory bank message that confirms readiness to proceed with a transaction. It ensures both parties are aligned and is required for deals involving financial instruments. The template can be downloaded by clicking the link below
DLC Transferable
A DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit) is a payment guarantee that ensures the seller gets paid once they meet the terms and provide the right documents. It reduces risk, builds trust, prevents fraud, and is commonly used in international trade for secure transactions
SBLC Transferable
